Hot-Tubs, Sauna & Steam Room Endorsement

• Visible signage must be displayed on or adjacent to the hot tub or sauna, and it is stipulated in your hire agreement or binding terms and condition, that:
  
  i. The facility must not be used by: any children under the age of five; persons with a relevant medical condition or who are pregnant; persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  
  ii. Hot Tubs covers must be securely fitted whilst not in use to prevent access by a child.
  
  iii. Glass or china is not allowed in or near the facility
  
  iv. Guests use facility at their own risk and must adhere to the safety instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations
  
  v. Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult
  
  vi. Hot Tubs must not be used if the water temperature is over 40 degrees centigrade
  
  vii. Hot Tubs must not be used when there is any lightning activity in the vicinity
  
  viii. Saunas and steam rooms must not be used for more than 20 minutes at any one time
• The Insured must provide the guest(s) with a copy of the manufacturers' recommendations and/or instructions for use.
• A working thermometer must be provided
• Flooring must be non-slip
• Saunas must be fitted with an emergency heat cut-off switch or alarm
• Operation, cleaning and maintenance must be in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions
