If you are a temporary structure hirer and are working in close proximity to an airfield, Airside Liability Insurance should be considered imperative.
Most commercial combined policies exclude liability in respect of working on and sometimes even near airports as standard therefore, if you are operating near an airport then a separate Airside Liability Insurance policy will be required. Different airports will have different rules and minimum liability requirements.
